Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commitment
INPUT SOFT team commits to establishing an equitable and inclusive environment where all members feel safe, supported, and valued. We strictly support the EQUALITY MEANS BUSINESS model introduced by the United Nations. And equality in our business is determined by everything: gender, age, and personal beliefs. As our CEO is a woman, the founding team sincerely understands that supporting women helps to attract and retain new talent, enables innovation for market growth, improves processes and increases efficiency.
We are supporting The Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), which are a set of Principles offering guidance to businesses on how to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace, marketplace and community, established by UN Global Compact and UN Women.
Support for the seven WEPs Principles has gathered global momentum – thousands of companies worldwide (and INPUT SOFT among them) are now WEPs champions – and therewith also contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals.
